Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages, straight to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts and more.

You can participate in this free service just by sending a text message of “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number, 67587. You can also opt out of these messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”.

* Important *  Opting in for text messaging does not guarantee you will receive a text message. The system must match the cell phone number texting the service to a number in Infinite Campus (our student information system). If this match is not made the system will not send a text to that phone.

* Important *  Once a new contact number is entered into Infinite Campus the system will automatically send an “OPT IN” message to this number at 10:00am the next day. The person receiving the message has the opportunity to reply with a Y to accept text messaging or to simply ignore to not accept text messages.

Unfortunately, the OPT-IN and OPT-OUT signup process is a requirement from the FCC to limit the number of unwanted advertising messages sent by robots. Although we are not an advertising company we still must follow the FCC guidelines regarding mass communications.
